God is continuing to bless our Hispanic congregation that meets here at Morganton Baptist. The last Sunday in April, we once again had a baptism service for a new convert, Bro Edison Perez. After all, winning souls to Christ is what we are aiming for - winning them and helping them become mature Christians joyfully serving the Lord. In the Hispanic community, earning the opportunity to share the gospel often means helping in very practical ways. Sometimes, it may even look like a "taxi service", but it is all for the Glory of God, and all aimed at winning souls and making disciples.
"Finally, pray for us, brothers, that the Lord's message may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you." (2 Thess. 3:1)

Sunday mornings. The nursery is available during Sunday School and the morning worship service. We’d like to make the nursery available on Sunday and Wednesday nights so mothers could participate —but we need more volunteers! The children are wonderful to be with and we are excited to see new faces. Consider joining the LITTLE LAMBS TEAM. Contact us for more information.
